Hosting since 2010
Precious Hosting is run by Simon. One person, multiple brands, the same direct relationship every customer has had since day one.
Hi, I'm Simon.
I started Precious Hosting in 2010 because I was tired of the way big hosts treat their customers — endless ticket queues, offshore call centres, and "support" agents who don't actually have permission to fix anything.
I wanted to offer something different: real hosting, on real UK infrastructure, supported by a real person who picks up the phone and actually knows your site. Fifteen-plus years later, that's still exactly what this is.
I also run Mad Tech Heads (Kent tech repairs), iPrecious (website builds), Mad Out Reach (cold-email outreach), Precious Broadband (4G/5G internet), and Gadgetly (online gadget store). All of them are trading names of Mad Tech Heads LTD.
The umbrella company is registered in England and Wales (No. 14440918), ICO registered (ZC131659), with the registered office at Office 7622, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA.

iPrecious launches
A dedicated website-build service for small businesses. Many iPrecious sites end up hosted at Precious Hosting.
Mad Tech Heads LTD incorporated
Brought all the brands under one umbrella company (No. 14440918). One legal entity, multiple trading names.
ICO registered
Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC131659) as part of a broader compliance refresh across all brands.
